The initial consultation is designed to understand your background and immigration goals, identify the best options for your situation, and outline the next steps in the process. All information and documents shared will be kept strictly confidential.

Initial consultation duration 45–60 minutes - $150
Consultation Q&A duration 30 minutes - $75

After booking your consultation, we will provide you with a form to complete, ensuring we make the most of your scheduled time. During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask All immigration-related questions

The consultation duration is 45-60 minutes. We will conclude the meeting with a follow-up email summarizing the main points discussed during the consultation. If applicable, we will outline suitable programs and immigration pathways to guide your next steps.

If during 30 days after the consultation you will sign a retainer contract for full case representation with our company, the consultation fee will be credited to your account.

Who is an immigration consultant?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is a professional who is legally allowed to advise you on immigration to Canada. If I book a consultation and don't use all the allotted time, can I carry over the remaining time to the next consultation?

Once a consultation is concluded, it is considered complete. To receive further consultations, you must book a new appointment.

Is it possible to reschedule or cancel a consultation?

You can reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.

Can I cancel my consultation and get a refund?

You can cancel your consultation up to 48 hours before it starts and we will refund your full payment less transaction fees.

Is consultation taxable?

All fees shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include GST (5%), PST (depending on your province) for applicants within Canada.

For candidates outside Canada, Canadian taxes are not applicable.

What is not included in the consultation price?

Government fees, Language tests, Educational assessments, Certificates, Medical examinations, Translation services, Transport and postage costs, Online payment fees are not included in the consultation price

Do we guarantee approval of the application?

Only IRCC officers make a decision regarding your case. If someone "guarantees" your approval, this is a sign of possible fraud.
