Full Case Representation
Step 1. Filling out the preliminary form
In the first step, you fill out a preliminary form where you share key information about yourself. We analyze your data and select the most suitable immigration programs based on your situation and goals.
Step 2. Consultation
During the consultation, we explain in detail all possible immigration paths, answer your questions and offer programs that can speed up the process and increase your chances of success.
Cost of consultation will be credited to the full case representation if you decide to sign a retainer agreement with our firm within 30 days of consultation.
Step 3. Collecting data and filling out forms
After signing the contract, we create a personalized list of required documents, which speeds up the process by minimizing requests for additional data. We collect all the information and documents, fill out the forms and create a profile on the immigration portal.
Step 4. Submitting an application
At the application stage, we carefully check all documents and forms to ensure they meet the requirements. We also prepare a submission letter that highlights the important aspects of your case, helping the immigration officer make a positive decision. Once you review and approve the application package, we submit the application.
Step 5. Post-filing support
Once your application has been submitted, we continue to be your official representative, monitoring its status and promptly informing you of any changes or requests.
